Guys I have short listed the top four which are still available for week commencing 19/7 (except for one which is 26/7) which seemed best for everyone. Plus it means holiday birthday party for me.
Here are the links for the top four. Not sure if anyone is perfect for our needs (zombie etc.) and are all different prices ranging from £600 to £730ish. There will be bout £30 booking fee on top as well.

Out of that bunch, my personal favourite is D. But I may not be able to make it and it's more expensive than some of the others. Figured I'd summarise some of the more important information:

The second one is also not available on the week we want to go away, but it is available the week after.

Ok,so i have looked at them all in great detail.....
I personally like A or D. A i think is the best with house and location etc but the only problem is the bed situation.
D is a wee bit expensive. Especially if there may only be 4 of us. but is better than the 3rd one.

pirates, i have booked us a holiday!
went with property A in the end. the one in fairbourne by the sea with the bunk beds from 19/7 to 26/7. Holiday Brandy birthday party anyone? (25th)
with booking fee and insurance it has come to around £624. if danielle decides to tag along (will try to remember to text her) it'll be bout £105 each which i think is a classy pirate bargain.
have paid the £25 deposit and the residual is expected 8 wks before the hol.
however, 8 wks before the hol is this weekend. i know people are paid at different times so don't worry aboot it. i know where u live, biitches!

ok pirate people, the holiday is officially paid for and have got the confirmation details from the owner. oddly enough she only lives over Moseley.
have text danielle twice with no reply. i therefore suggest we divide it by 5 (£125 - still not bad) and if she decides sometime in the future (probably 3 days before we go) that she'll be dropping down, we'll sort it. manx or leggi will u give her a text as well just in case have got wrong number. ta.

I have recieved some small hint that danielle wont be coming. she said in an email she doubts she'll be able to get the time off work, so it may be best to count her out, at least for now.
